HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
The time period for deliveries is made up of two periods:

1) Processing time:

Within 1-3 working days of placing your order, it will be checked, approved and packed. Your package is then prepared for transportation.

4-10 working days*

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer our customers free premium shipping worldwide. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to the parcel.

WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
After the parcel has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order here The shipment may be sent in several partial deliveries for logistical reasons.

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING?
The package may take up to 4 working days to update the location. We ask for your patience. If the tracking does not show any information, please contact us!
