1. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?


You can return a product within 14 days of receipt from our supplier.


2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK?


A full refund will be issued to the original payment method after we have received the products, inspected them and confirmed that they have not been opened. All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with the tracking information so that we can process the refund.


Please note: Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process refunds.


3. DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?


Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracked option as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.


4. CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?


You must contact us before submitting your return as the return address may be different from the address your order originally came from.

6. MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?


For the fastest resolution, attach a photo that shows the poor quality or
shows the damaged part of the item. The most optimal photos are on a flat surface where the tag and error are clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order and to avoid errors in the future.


If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.


When and why will my order not be refunded?


NO returns will be accepted and NO refund or exchange will be possible if the returned products are opened, used, or not in their original packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be given for products that smell of smoke, perfume, lotion or detergent.

The returned product must be new, undamaged and in its original packaging. Wiecel Team reserves the right to check the integrity of the goods and, if necessary, to retain part of the value of any damage caused to the product or packaging. The only cost incurred by the customer is the cost of shipping the item itself.

PACKAGE REFUSAL OR FAILURE TO COLLECT THE PACKAGE

If the package is refused or not picked up, the only solution we can provide is a replacement service.
